Digi-Stitch Patches (Custom Printed Patch With Simulated Border)

Our Digi-Stitch emblems are custom sublimated patches made to look embroidered/stitched. These patches have no merrowed border but can have a simulated edge upon request. They can be cut into more intricate shapes than your typical Photo Emblems.
We transfer your custom image/logo onto polyester fabric using the sublimation process. Digi-Stitch emblems come standard with a polyester heat seal backing, but we also offer the option of iron-on or adhesive backing. In addition to basic shapes such as circles, ovals, rectangles, and squares, we can make your emblem or logo any shape you can imagine. These patches offer a high level of detail and endless color options otherwise impossible with other types of patches. Made in the USA.
